Terms of Service

Last updated 19 August 2026

These are the rules for using Postii. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them out loud. Where a term has a legal meaning we have kept it and explained it rather than dropping it.

The agreement

This is an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Easeaiworks, who operate Postii. By creating an account you accept it. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.

What you can do

Use Postii to write, schedule, approve and publish content to social accounts you control or have permission to manage. Invite as many colleagues as you like — every paid plan includes unlimited users.

What you must not do

  • Publish to accounts you do not own or have not been authorised to manage
  • Use it for spam, harassment, deception, or anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or the platform's
  • Breach the terms of the social platforms you connect. Their rules apply to your posts as much as ours do
  • Attempt to get round plan limits, rate limits or the approval controls, including by scripting signups
  • Resell Postii as your own product without a written agreement with us
  • Attack the service — probing, scraping at volume, or attempting to reach another customer's data

If you do any of these we may suspend the account. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.

Your content is yours

You own everything you put into Postii and everything it helps you write. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it to produce drafts, and transmit it to the platforms you have told us to publish to. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account.

We do not train AI models on your content, and we do not licence it to anyone who does. See the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated drafts

Postii produces drafts. They can be wrong, off-tone, or repeat a phrase someone else has used. You are responsible for what you publish, which is exactly why the approval step exists and why it is on by default.

We do not warrant that generated text is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Read it before you approve it.

The platforms we publish to

Postii depends on APIs run by LinkedIn, X, Meta, Reddit and others. Those are outside our control. They change their rules, their limits and their prices, sometimes without notice, and they can suspend an account for reasons that have nothing to do with us.

We will do our best to keep publishing working and to tell you clearly when a platform is refusing a post. We cannot guarantee any particular platform will remain available, and we are not responsible for a platform's decision about your account.

Paying for it

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
  • Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not make cancelling difficult.
  • If we raise a price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it stays unpaid we may downgrade the account to the free plan. We will not delete your content because of a failed payment.

The free plan

The free plan is free, not a trial, and we intend to keep it that way. It is limited — one brand, one channel, ten AI posts a month — and we may adjust those limits or apply anti-abuse measures if it is being farmed at scale. We will not start charging for an account that signed up on a free plan without asking you first.

Uptime, and what we promise

We aim for high availability and we run monitoring, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on our standard plans. If you need one, talk to us about an agreement that includes it.

Scheduled posts are retried when a platform is temporarily unavailable. A post that a platform permanently refuses is marked failed, with the reason, rather than retried forever.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from inside the app, and everything is deleted as described in the data deletion policy.

We may end this agreement if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason — in which case we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: Postii is provided as-is, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

We are stating this plainly rather than in capital letters: a scheduling tool costing tens of dollars a month cannot underwrite the commercial consequences of a post. That is what the approval step is for.

Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before any change that materially affects you. Continuing to use Postii after that means you accept it. If you do not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction — except that nothing takes away a consumer's right to bring a claim where they live.
